Performance Media Buyer (Meta/Facebook)

What you’ll do

• Launch, test & scale campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• Run structured creative testing (UGC/angles/hooks) and scale winners
• Optimize for KPI targets (CPA/ROAS) based on daily performance data
• Own tracking basics: Pixel + CAPI, events, attribution

• Work with the team on landing pages & funnel improvements

   

Requirements

• 2+ years as a Meta/Facebook Media Buyer (performance role)
• Proven ability to scale profitably and manage budgets
• Strong analytics mindset (CPM/CTR/CVR/CPA/ROAS)

• Comfortable communicating in English
