Meta Media Buyer (Performance Marketing)

We are looking for a data-driven Meta Media Buyer who understands that in 2026, Meta is a creative-first platform. If you know how to hunt for winning hooks and scale them aggressively, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Execution: Launch, monitor, and scale Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on high-volume profitability.
• Creative Testing Machine: Run structured tests for UGC, angles, and hooks. You’ll identify winning creatives and know exactly when to increase the budget.
• KPI Ownership: Optimize daily based on CPA/ROAS targets. You understand that performance data from yesterday dictates the strategy for today.
• Technical Setup: Own the basics of tracking, including Pixel, CAPI (Conversion API), events, and attribution models to ensure data accuracy.
• Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the team to improve landing pages and the overall user journey to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Meta/Facebook Media Buyer in a performance-based environment (Affiliate, E-com, or Nutra).
• Scaling Track Record: Proven ability to manage significant daily budgets and scale them while maintaining target profitability.
• Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of the "Performance Ribbon": CPM → CTR → CVR → CPA → ROAS.
• English Proficiency: Comfortable working in an international team (written and spoken).
• Platform Expertise: You stay ahead of Meta’s algorithm changes and know how to leverage Advantage+ and broad targeting.
