The Role

We're looking for a Media Buyer to drive qualified B2B leads through paid advertising. Your primary focus will be Meta and Google Ads, with room to explore LinkedIn, Telegram, X (Twitter), and other channels.


Important context: We sell B2B iGaming platform solutions (not B2C gambling products), but ad platforms can be sensitive to anything iGaming-related. You'll need to understand ad policies inside-out and know how to run compliant campaigns that don't get flagged. We'll provide fresh ad accounts โ€” your job is to keep them healthy and performing.
 

This is a results-driven role with commission upside. We're starting with a modest budget and scaling aggressively based on performance.
 

What You'll Do

  • Run paid acquisition campaigns โ€” primarily Meta Ads, with Google Ads as secondary
  • Keep accounts compliant โ€” understand platform policies, avoid bans, manage account health
  • Set up bulletproof tracking โ€” conversion tracking, attribution, pixel implementation
  • Optimize for leads โ€” CPL, lead quality, and ultimately closed deals
  • Test and iterate โ€” creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copy
  • Explore new channels โ€” LinkedIn, Telegram Ads, X, programmatic โ€” find what works
  • Report on performance โ€” clear metrics, insights, and recommendations
     

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • Proven experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Strong understanding of Meta and Google ad policies and compliance
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking (pixels, CAPI, GTM, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset โ€” you optimize based on numbers, not gut feeling
  • Self-starter โ€” you take ownership and figure things out
  • Fluent English
     

Big plus:

  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, crypto, or other "restricted" verticals
  • Google Ads experience
  • Creative planning or design skills (ad creatives, landing page input)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Telegram Ads, or X Ads
  • Russian language skills
