Requirements:

— 3–5+ years in SMM, with strong experience in partnerships/co-marketing
— Background in PR agency / PR function / brand partnerships projects — strong plus
— Strong English (C1), confident communication with external partners
— Strong creative context: understands how two brands collaborate and how to build joint narratives
— Great coordination and project management skills (briefs, timelines, approvals)
— Mobile and flexible; EU-based preferred (Ukraine acceptable)

Responsibilities:

— Own SMM execution for partnerships, sponsors, and co-marketing launches
— Create briefs and coordinate creatives/content with internal teams and external partner teams
— Develop ideas and formats for joint activations (social-first mechanics, unusual activities, PR-adjacent angles)
— Manage calendars, deadlines, approvals, and publishing across channels
— Ensure brand consistency and compliance with partner guidelines
— Report results and learnings for each activation
