Requirements:

— 5+ years in SMM, including strategy ownersh;
— Agency experience (SMM agency / marketing / creative agency) — must;
— Proven track record of planning and leading creative social campaigns and activations;
— Strong English (C1), confident stakeholder management;
— Hands-on understanding of content formats, channel specifics, community mechanics;
— Strong project/campaign coordination skills (briefs, timelines, approvals, production);
— EU location (or CET–WET ±2h from Spain).

Responsibilities:

— Own SMM strategy and channel plans (brand + product);
— Build campaign concepts with “agency mindset”: creative hooks, formats, activations, PR-adjacent ideas;
— Lead planning and execution: briefs, content calendar, launch playbooks;
— Coordinate cross-functionally (design, video, product, PR, community, partners);
— Ensure consistent tone, quality bar, and brand alignment;
— Report performance and insights; improve based on data.
