Key Responsibilities / What you’ll be doing

• Own and scale our social media presence with a primary focus on X (Twitter) and Telegram

• Create, edit, schedule, and publish daily content for multiple Web3 projects (from startups to established brands)

• Write clear, engaging copy for social posts, articles, and blog content

• Stay on top of crypto trends, degen culture, memes, and ongoing conversations in Web3

• Monitor performance, engagement, and social media activity

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent tone, messaging, and goals

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ months of experience in SMM or a similar role

• Proven experience managing X (Twitter) and Telegram accounts

• Strong copywriting skills — you can turn complex ideas into clear, engaging content

• Confident written English (Intermediate / B2+ or higher)

• Solid understanding of crypto & Web3 fundamentals (you know what degen culture is and follow the space)

• Ability to adapt content for different projects and audiences

• Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to meet deadlines

• Proactive, self-starter mindset — you don’t wait for ideas, you bring them

Bonus points:

• Experience working with crypto-native or Web3 projects

• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, AI content creation tools)

• Understanding of social media growth mechanics and community building
