Talent Sourcer Offline

We’re looking for Sourcer to support hiring in the iGaming industry (SEO, Link Building, Content, Outreach).
 
Natural Links is an SEO agency that helps businesses grow organically through a full range of SEO services - strategy, content, optimization, and link building. Recently, we launched our own link-building platform and are actively developing our affiliate direction, scaling our services for clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:
 

• Active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, niche communities)
• Boolean search and creative sourcing methods
• Initial candidate screening
• Handing over qualified candidates to the recruiter / hiring manager
   

Requirements:
 

• Understanding of recruitment and sourcing fundamentals
• Interest or experience in iGaming
• Ability to proactively find and approach candidates
• Clear and professional written communication

Nice to have:
 

• Strong LinkedIn & Telegram sourcing skills
