Who We Are

We are a gambling & betting startup actively expanding in Tier-3 regions.
 Our current focus is Morocco, Algeria, and Egypt, with plans to scale into additional markets.

As the project grows, we are looking for a Junior / Middle+ Affiliate Manager to join our team and be part of this expansion phase.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Managing and developing affiliate partnerships across Tier-3 markets (Morocco, Algeria, Egypt).
• Sourcing, onboarding, and scaling affiliate partners across various traffic sources.
• Building long-term relationships with affiliates and supporting their growth.
• Monitoring traffic quality and key performance metrics.
• Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing results.
• Preparing reports and performance analytics (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Testing new approaches and contributing to the launch of new regions.

• Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and product.

   

What Makes You a Great Fit

• English level B2 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Tier-3 markets and understanding their specifics.
• Experience working with multiple traffic sources.
• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach.
• Proactive, independent, and eager to grow with the product.
