TikTok Shop Manager
We are looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to own and scale our TikTok Shop and social commerce strategy for the Desire Deluxe brand.
This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, content, creators, and performance. You will be responsible for launching, managing, and growing our TikTok Shop, driving product discovery, engagement, and direct-to-consumer sales through TikTok’s ecosystem.
This is an ideal role for someone who understands how TikTok drives purchases, loves testing and scaling content, and has real experience turning views into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and scale the Desire Deluxe TikTok Shop
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and storefront optimization
- Build and execute monthly growth plans aligned with brand and sales targets
- Own key performance metrics (revenue, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS)
- Continuously optimize shop performance based on data and trends
- Develop and execute creator and affiliate strategies to drive sales
- Source, onboard, and manage TikTok creators and affiliates
- Brief creators on products, messaging, and content guidelines
- Monitor creator performance and optimize partnerships for revenue growth
- Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns: product launches, seasonal promotions, and special offers
- Collaborate with internal teams on content ideas that convert
- Stay on top of TikTok trends and adapt content strategy quickly
- Test formats, hooks, and offers to maximize sales impact
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance
- Deliver clear insights on what’s working and what needs improvement
- Make data-driven recommendations to scale winning strategies
What Success Looks Like
After 6 Months:
- A fully optimized TikTok Shop generating consistent monthly sales
- Strong creator and affiliate relationships driving regular conversions
- Clear content and campaign playbooks established
- Measurable growth in TikTok-driven revenue
After 12 Months:
- TikTok Shop becomes a core revenue channel for Desire Deluxe
- Scaled creator network producing high-performing content
- Ownership of TikTok social commerce strategy across markets
- Contribution to long-term brand and growth strategy
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have 2–3+ years experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing
- Have hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads, or creator-led sales
- Understand how to sell products through short-form video
- Are comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities
- Are analytical, proactive, and growth-focused
- Enjoy testing, learning, and scaling fast-moving platforms
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with TikTok Shop or TikTok Creator Marketplace
- Background in DTC brands, toys, kids products, or FMCG
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms
- Experience working with international markets
