AI Agent Developer (Python)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an AI Agent Developer (Python)

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain AI agents for customer-facing use cases (voice, chat, automated workflows)

- Integrate AI agents with the existing backend via APIs

- Implement tool-calling patterns (database queries, record updates, notifications, etc.)

- Debug and improve agent reliability, latency, and accuracy

- Track and evaluate new agent frameworks and recommend improvements

Requirements:

- 5+ years of professional Python experience

- Strong Python fundamentals (async, type hints, clean architecture)

- Hands-on experience with at least one agent framework:
LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude/Anthropic tools, CrewAI, or similar

- Solid understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling

- Experience with Pydantic, FastAPI, or similar frameworks

- Upper - Intermediate or higher level of English

- Mandatory: completion of a technical test task as part of the hiring process

Nice to Have:

- Experience with voice AI (Twilio, Vapi, Retell, etc.)

- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol)

- Background in ERP, CRM, or POS systems

- TypeScript knowledge
