Content Manager
Responsibilities:
- Create content for email, SMS, push notifications, Viber, and WhatsApp.
- Write copy for promotions, tournaments, and bonus programs.
- Work with landing pages: descriptions of bonuses, terms & conditions, new games.
- Prepare scripts and copy for gamification features (missions, challenges, wheels of fortune).
- Develop a content strategy aimed at player engagement and retention.
- Analyze competitors and content trends in iGaming and betting.
- Collaborate closely with CRM marketers, designers, and the SMM team.
Probation Goals:
- Adapt to the product and dive into the specifics of the content.
- Get familiar with the product, bonus mechanics, and gameplay processes.
- Study content communications (email, SMS, push notifications, landing pages, SMM).
- Conduct competitor analysis: copy, mechanics, and formats used by market leaders.
- Prepare and launch pages for bonuses, tournaments, and other activities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Content Manager (gambling, betting, iGaming).
- Strong understanding of content specifics for online casinos and sports betting.
- Ability to write high-converting copy (headlines, offers, promotional descriptions).
- Experience working with CMS platforms: creating and updating content.
- Basic skills in Figma.
- Ability to adapt content for different channels (landing pages, email, Telegram, push notifications, etc.).
