Media Buyer

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer specializing in Facebook ads and user acquisition. Candidates should have a prior track record of generating positive ROAS in the health and wellness space with significant ad spent 50k+ per month. Experience with Tiktok / Youtube ads is a plus.

Must be ok working later hours at least until 1:00 PM NYC (Kyiv Time 14:00 - 22:00)

 

Location: Fully REMOTE  

 

Salary: Commensurate with experience 

 

Type: Full Time 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies;
  • Performance Monitoring, Attribution and Analysis;
  • Ad Creation, creative testing and Optimization;
  • Efficiently manage advertising budgets across Facebook and Instagram and Tik Tok. Google, Youtube, and other platforms are a plus. 
  • Oversee attribution reporting;
  • Stay informed about updates, changes, and new features across various ads platforms.
  • Run ads across multiple Geos

 

Required Skills and Knowledge: 

 

  • Must have an excellent  capacity to learn / understand  / analyze our market, our  customer avatar and our competitors;
  • Experience working with web2app or e-commerce models with proven, impressive results (purely lead generation specialists are not a fit for this role).
  • Intermediate+ English level;
  • Experience in media buying at least 2 years;
  • Deep level of experience with Facebook ads;
  • Tik Tok, youtube and Google ads are a plus;
  • Deep understanding of key conversion metrics, CPM, CPC, CPA, LTV, etc.;
  • Experience working with subscription SaaS business models
  • Understanding of marketing funnels. 

 

Preferred Competencies: 

  • Experience working in “health” niche.
  • Multilingual abilities (preferred languages: English, Ukrainian, Spanish).
  • Strong writing ability 
  • Ability to use AI tools to generate creatives
  • Ability to work with CRM’s like Keap, Active Campaign

 

Stages of the interview:

  • Interview with a recruiter or HR (30 minutes)
  • Meeting with Head of marketing (45 minutes)
  • Interview with СEO (15 minutes)
