We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

• Full-time job;
• Office-based in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage motion design tasks from the UA team
• Assign tasks and balance team workload
• Review and approve creatives, ensure quality standards
• Build and optimize workflows, automation, and AI pipelines
• Track key metrics (output, SLA, rework rate, winner rate)
• Collaborate with UA on hypotheses and winning creatives
• Mentor designers and test new formats and AI tools (R&D)

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years leading a motion/design team
• Strong understanding of creative testing and performance-driven production
• Hands-on experience with motion design and AI tools
• Able to build structured processes and scale production

• Data-driven and result-oriented mindset

   

Skills

• After Effects, Figma, Photoshop
• AI tools: Midjourney, Leonardo, Runway, Pika, Krea, ElevenLabs
