CBDO(Chief Business Development Officer)
We are a custom software development company, growing fast in an extremely competitive market. We managed to grow 2.5x every year in the past few years and we plan to keep this trajectory.
We already are in TOP 2% of our segment, so your job wonβt be easy as most of the processes have been developed or executed to their max. We spent the last year aggressively growing our lead pipelines at scale and it is now time to stabilise them and capture the revenue.
Your responsibilities will include:
Build a predictable, capital-efficient lead acquisition system that:
Scales across multiple channels
Survives market cycles
Produces decision-grade data for the CEO and leadership team
Ensures transparency on multi-department target execution, task management, and KPI oversight
Work day-to-day with channel leads to ensure focus on the right goals and targets (inbound, partnerships, communities, events)
Own 100% of lead acquisition budgets across paid channels, organic & content, partnerships, events & communities, and experiments/emerging channels
Perform deep channel and funnel analysis to trace leads, opportunities, revenue, conversions, and delivery impact
Design and own KPI systems across Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, and Events & Communities
Align with cross-functional leadership: COO, CDO, Head of Sales
Represent the company at high-signal events to build partnerships, access data, and influence deal flow
Manage CRM and databases (HubSpot, Notion)
What we expect from you:
Proven experience in B2B sales or service businesses with highly tailored offerings
Multi-channel lead acquisition and growth/commercial leadership experience
Strong analytical skills and comfort with messy data; ability to design KPI systems from scratch
Commercial judgment: understands sales cycles without needing to sell; knows when growth is unhealthy
Executive maturity: can constructively disagree with CEO, align strong personalities
Stress resistance: able to perform in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
Titles you may have held: Head of Growth, Commercial Director, Revenue Operations Lead, Head of Sales, CBDO
