Junior Media Buyer (Meta Ads - Call Campaigns) % Profit

Marketing agency seeking a Junior Media Buyer (1-2 years exp) to manage $100K+/month in Meta call-generation ad spend.

Platform: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) only

Focus: Driving phone calls & leads (NOT e-commerce/ROAS)

You'll do:

Setup & Structure:

  • Set up Business Managers, ad accounts, pixels from scratch
  • Configure campaign structures and conversion tracking
  • Manage account access and permissions

Campaign Management:

  • Launch & optimize call-driving campaigns on Meta
  • Maintain target Click-to-Call Ratio, CPC, CTR, CPL
  • Daily performance monitoring & reporting on call KPIs

Must have:

  • 1-2 years Meta Ads experience
  • Business Manager & ad account setup experience
  • Pixel and conversion tracking knowledge
  • Understanding of call/lead gen campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills (CPC, CTR, Click-to-Call focus)
  • English B2+

Nice to have:

  • Call tracking tools (CallRail, Ringba)
  • Multiple Business Manager experience (agency)
