HR Specialist

Right now, we’re looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and support key HR processes across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Ensure a structured, smooth, and positive start for every new hire.
- Support managers in people-related processes, including performance reviews, feedback, and employee development.
- Support leadership with workforce planning and performance management to ensure effective team structure and goal alignment.
- Contribute to the review and enhancement of HR processes and policies to ensure efficiency and clarity.
- Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives and help implement growth frameworks.
- Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related topics, ensuring timely and professional support.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to ensure seamless HR operations across the company.
- Participate in HR initiatives aimed at improving processes, efficiency, and employee experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR (preferably in creative, digital, or IT environments).
- Hands-on experience with HRMS (experience with BambooHR is a plus).
- Proven experience with HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident handling HR data, dashboards, and reporting.
- A bit of perfectionism — you like things neat, structured, and chaos-free.
- Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- English level: B2+ (for cross-company communication).
