Game Producer
Looking for a Game Producer to an international product game studio with Ukrainian roots, a developer and publisher of mobile games that have been ranked in the top of their genres on the global market for over 10 years. The games with a million-strong audience across 200 countries and a top-3 ranking in the US in its genre, as well as No. 1 in the world in the F2P Hidden Object genre.
The Project - LiveOps stage of a well-known mobile game (free-to-play, iOS/Android) with a 10-year presence on the market and multi-million audience worldwide.
The company size - 150+ employees
Project team- up to 70 people (Designers, artists, developers, product owner, etc.)
Location - remote job from any country, office Cyprus (Limassol).

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer / Product Manager in mobile F2P projects
- Experience in producing games at the LiveOps stage, including support and optimization
- Experience in producing F2P mobile games in casual or midcore genres
- Deep understanding of LiveOps, monetization, and product analytics
- Skills in optimizing internal team processes (Team/Resource Optimization)
- Ability to think strategically and make complex product decisions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with the team, management, and business owners
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a game support strategy considering the product lifecycle and business goals
- Audience categorization and segmentation to effectively monetize the existing user base
- Re-evaluation of features, calculation and optimization of features and content in the roadmap, based on the product lifecycle and maximization of key business metrics
- Development and implementation of a strategy for automating content and events to increase game flexibility and reduce update time throughout the year
- Product metrics analysis, planning, and evaluation of A/B tests
- Implementation of solutions to increase conversion, repeat purchases, and ARPU in older cohorts
- Identifying ways to improve key metrics to restore efficient marketing acquisition
- Close collaboration with the founder and key stakeholders to achieve business goals
