For our partner BigD we are looking for Media Buyer Senior (LATAM)  who prioritizes data, hypotheses, and scale over intuition. ๐Ÿš€ Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Buying: Plan, launch, and optimize paid traffic campaigns with a strict reliance on analytics and testing rather than "gut feeling."
  • Multi-Channel Management: Focus primarily on  TikTok, Meta and In-app traffic sources.
  • Scaling & Optimization: Monitor key metrics (CPI, CPA, ROI) to maximize profitability. Systematically test hypotheses to scale successful campaigns.
  • Technical Setup: actively utilize KeitaroPWA services, and other tracking tools to ensure precise attribution and flow management.
  • Creative Strategy: Work closely with the design team to develop high-performing ad creatives; conduct rigorous A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Budget Management: Manage significant advertising budgets with a focus on stable profitability and aggressive scalability.

     

โœ… Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in Media Buying.
  • Niche Expertise: Experience in iGaming or Betting is a strong plus (but not a strict limitation for the right candidate).
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Spanish-speaking LATAM market (consumer behavior, trends, and localization).
  • Technical Stack: Proficient with tracking and cloaking tools (e.g., Keitaro, Voluum, AppsFlyer) and experienced in working with PWA applications.
  • Mindset: You possess systemic thinking. You know how to work with KPIs, formulate hypotheses, and validate them through data.
