Senior/Lead Acquisition Manager (US)

We're a US-based entertainment tech company in hyper-growth mode. Our mobile product has found strong product-market fit in North America, and now we're scaling aggressively. We're looking for a world-class UA leader to help us grow from $500K to $10M+ monthly ad spend โ€” profitably.
 

Professional Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition (UA) with managed monthly budgets of $500,000+.
  • Proven track record in high-growth niches: Dating, Essay, Crypto, Health & Fitness, and Quiz funnels.
  • Deep expertise in the US market.
  • Extensive experience working with subscription-based products.
     

Key Responsibilities & Expected Results

  • Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor research and implement industry best practices.
  • Growth Experimentation: Formulate and test hypotheses, explore new traffic channels, and leverage emerging technologies.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and optimize key metrics across all channels, including LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR.
  • Creative Strategy: Develop and execute high-performing creative strategies to drive user engagement and conversions.
     

Core Competencies

  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads delivery algorithms.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with technical setups, including Pixel integrations and attribution modeling.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AppsFlyer, and Google Analytics.
  • A/B Testing: Ability to develop data-driven hypotheses and conduct rigorous A/B testing to optimize CAC.
  • Creative Framework: Full-cycle creative management โ€” from competitive benchmarking and briefing design teams to post-test performance analysis.
