Head of Sales (USA Market) โ Media Company (White Traffic)
We are a fast-growing media company specializing in white-hat traffic and performance-driven digital advertising. We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales who deeply understands the USA market and can build, scale, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the US market
- Build, manage, and scale the sales department
- Lead B2B sales: advertisers, brands, agencies, and direct clients
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiations, closing, and retention
- Establish and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and reporting
- Work closely with marketing, media buying, and account teams
- Represent the company in negotiations with key US partners and clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles (Head of Sales / Sales Director)
- Strong background in digital advertising, media, performance marketing, or traffic monetization
- Deep knowledge of the USA market (client expectations, pricing, sales culture)
- Proven experience in B2B sales (media buying, advertising, SaaS, or related fields)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
- Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution
- Experience in building and managing sales teams is a must
Nice to Have:
- Existing network of advertisers or agencies in the USA
- Experience working with white-hat traffic sources
- Experience in international or remote teams
