Head of Sales (USA Market) โ€” Media Company (White Traffic)

We are a fast-growing media company specializing in white-hat traffic and performance-driven digital advertising. We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales who deeply understands the USA market and can build, scale, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the US market
  • Build, manage, and scale the sales department
  • Lead B2B sales: advertisers, brands, agencies, and direct clients
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiations, closing, and retention
  • Establish and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and reporting
  • Work closely with marketing, media buying, and account teams
  • Represent the company in negotiations with key US partners and clients

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles (Head of Sales / Sales Director)
  • Strong background in digital advertising, media, performance marketing, or traffic monetization
  • Deep knowledge of the USA market (client expectations, pricing, sales culture)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (media buying, advertising, SaaS, or related fields)
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
  • Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution
  • Experience in building and managing sales teams is a must

Nice to Have:

  • Existing network of advertisers or agencies in the USA
  • Experience working with white-hat traffic sources
  • Experience in international or remote teams
