About the Role
This is not a classic IT Project Manager position.
We are hiring an Operations Manager with a strong management background to run multiple projects at once and ensure operational excellence.
The role requires 2+ years of experience in operations or project management, with proven ability to manage teams and communicate directly with senior and C-level leadership.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in marketing, SMM, content, operations, or coordination, who want to work closely with founders and senior leadership.
You will support marketing initiatives, internal workflows, cross-functional execution, and ensure that all processes remain structured, aligned, and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Project Oversight: Lead several projects simultaneously across marketing, content, development, and internal teams
- Optimize Operations: Streamline workflows and processes to support company growth
- AI Integration: Ensure effective use of AI tools in content creation, outreach, reporting, and internal operations
- Digital Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, content delivery, and analytics
- Customer Support: Oversee user success and ensure platform effectiveness
- Content Management: Maintain and improve content tools, resources, and documentation
- Performance Monitoring: Use spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis to track and improve efficiency
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
- Team Leadership: Guide and develop cross-functional teams with accountability and structure
- C-Level Communication: Work directly with executives to provide updates, insights, and recommendations
- Text Writing & Reporting: Draft clear documentation, reports, and operational updates
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Align operations with Marketing, Sales, and Product goals
Compliance & Risk: Ensure all processes meet company standards and operational requirements
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in operations or project management
- Digital Marketing: Understanding of marketing operations, campaign management, and analytics
- Management Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and oversee multiple projects at once
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational ability
- Tools: Strong knowledge of AI tools, Figma, Google Workspace, Jira
- Spreadsheets & Analysis: Advanced skills in financial and operational data tracking
- Writing & Reporting: Excellent text writing and documentation skills
- Communication: Confident in working directly with C-level executives
Problem-Solving: Skilled at identifying issues, implementing solutions, and improving processes
