We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our Commercial Bikes division. This role will drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation through dynamic content and marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to Ferla’s commercial bikes and vending carts.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content (videos, images, and copy) that highlights the functionality and success stories of our commercial bike clients.
- Community and Brand Management: Foster relationships with customers, influencers, and partners by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages. Foster relationships with Facebook and Instagram Community Groups.
- Campaign Management: Launch targeted social media ad campaigns to increase product visibility and generate leads for the commercial bikes division.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align social media content with broader business objectives.
