Social Media Manager (iGaming)

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who understands iGaming, lives in performance metrics, and knows how to turn social traffic into real business results.

This is not a “just post content” role — you’ll own key social channels and work closely with Marketing, Product, and CRM to drive growth, registrations, FTDs, and player engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Own and scale Facebook, Telegram, and SEO-driven social channels

• Turn social traffic into registrations, FTDs, and engaged players

• Plan, create, and execute content calendars and promotional campaigns

• Build, manage, and grow Telegram communities

• Support acquisition, bonus, and retention campaigns via social media

• Track, analyze, and optimize social KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)

• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and CRM teams on growth initiatives

• Stay ahead of iGaming trends, competitors, and platform policy changes

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management

• iGaming background — a must

• Performance-driven mindset (you care about results, not just likes)

• Proven experience managing and scaling Telegram communities

• Analytical, proactive, and growth-oriented approach

• Confident English communication skills
