We are InBalance — a nutrition and support system that teaches people how to manage their weight and well-being without diets, restrictions, or constant control.

We don’t sell “weight loss” — we help people build a sustainable skill they can live with for years.

Right now we are building a strong media presence and looking for a scriptwriter who can turn complex and “non-obvious” topics into short, engaging, and easy-to-understand stories.

We’re looking for someone who understands human psychology, knows how attention works, and can create content people won’t scroll past.

What you will do:

• Write scripts for short vertical videos (Reels / Shorts / TikTok) about nutrition, lifestyle, well-being, and habit psychology.
• Turn dry or complex topics into clear, engaging, and dynamic content formats.
• Analyze social media trends and adapt them for our audience (without cheap clickbait).
• Collaborate closely with the producer and the content team.
• Participate in developing content categories, formats, and series.
• Help build systematic content that strengthens brand trust and reputation.

What we expect from you:

• Experience writing scripts for short-form videos (portfolio, case studies, or examples of work are required).
• Understanding of attention-retention mechanics: hooks, storytelling, and video structure.
• Interest in nutrition, psychology, lifestyle, and health (expertise is not required — mindset matters more).
• Strong content awareness and understanding of current formats.
• Responsibility, structure, and ability to work in a team.
