About the Company
A premium floral company specializing in
weddings, corporate events, flower delivery, subscriptions, and floral workshops. The company
operates in multiple lines of business (B2C + B2B) and is preparing for active scaling is looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Marketing Manager who can
independently run the companyβs entire marketing engine β from ads to content to analytics
and deliver consistent, profitable leads across all business lines.
Someone who does the work directly: sets up ads, writes copy, builds landing pages, and runs experiments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Ads Management
β Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
β Manage $10β13k/month ad spend, with potential to scale.
β Improve ROAS and lead quality across delivery, weddings, corporate services, and
workshops.
2. Offers, Landing Pages & Funnels
β Build and test offers/lead magnets.
β Create landing pages using Squarespace (events) and Shopify (store).
β Set up simple funnels and lead nurture sequences.
3. Content & Social Media
β Coordinate video/photo shoots.
β Develop creatives for ads and organic content.
β Oversee IG/TikTok content direction (execution support comes from internal team).
4. Email, SMS & Automation
β Create campaigns and automated flows (inquiries, follow-ups, delivery reminders).
β Improve conversions through better messaging and segmentation.
5. Outreach Support
β Coordinate with the sales team on:
β Venue and wedding planner outreach
β Corporate partnerships
β Co-marketing initiatives
6. Analytics & Reporting
β Track leads, conversions, revenue, and ROAS using:
β GA4β Pipedrive
β Ad dashboards
β Produce clear weekly reports
