🎯 Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a strong operations leader with e-commerce / Amazon experience, who can:

• Manage cross-functional teams and complex processes
• Think strategically and drive measurable results
• Understand Amazon or e-commerce business mechanics
• Take ownership and scale the business
   

This is a COO role with a path to CEO — ideal for a results-driven leader ready to take full operational responsibility.

💼 Role Overview:

As COO, you will report directly to the Owner and oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring alignment, smooth execution, and measurable results. You will:

• Coordinate teams and workflows across marketing, logistics, finance, and product
• Monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and report on performance
• Support product launches, ensuring quality and deadlines
• Build and refine scalable systems
• Execute strategic initiatives and prepare for higher leadership responsibility
   

🔎 Requirements

• 4+ years in operations or management in e-commerce (Amazon Private Label experience preferred)
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strategic and analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• English B1+ (for global communications), Ukrainian or Russian fluency required

- Process & Systems — Standardize workflows, improve efficiency, build scalable systems.
