We’re seeking a proactive and responsible Media Planner with a strong desire to grow within the field of client work. The Media Planner will play a pivotal role in managing client relations for Point2Web. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work directly with our clients, maintaining their ad campaigns to achieve predefined KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Media Buying and/or User Acquisition in mobile apps
  • Proven Media Planning experience
  • Deep expertise in advertising on Social media traffic ( Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, NewsBreak), ASO, DSP
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of $100K+ (either through direct media buying or proactive optimization)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of tracking implementation for mobile apps
  • Knowledge of MMP platforms: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular
  • Experience in client support, scaling strategies, and growth hacking
  • Comfortable with daily client communication, including online calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information
  • Strong organizational and structured approach to work, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and motivated to grow within client-facing roles
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
  • Experience with major app verticals: game apps (Hyper-Casual, Casual, Hardcore) - priority, utility apps, health & fitness apps, and others

    Will be a plus:
    Certifications such as AppsFlyer, Meta Media Planner, or Media Buyer Professional
Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day relationship management of a group of existing clients and the successful onboarding and management of new clients
  • Proactive consulting for key accounts, providing expert advice on media planning and strategy.
  • Understanding of client needs and expectations, oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of client's performance across multiple platforms. Effectively present information, respond to questions, and follow up on inquiries from clients.
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance and develop strategies for improved engagement in collaboration with the business development team and cross-department.
  • Trouble-shoots and resolves issues by working with internal and client teams
  • Guide clients to maximize their ROI and upsell.
Working conditions
  • Three time slots of working hours in the office: from 11:00 to 20:00, from 12:00 to 21:00, or from 13:00 to 22:00 (EEST Time Zone).
