We’re seeking a proactive and responsible Media Planner with a strong desire to grow within the field of client work. The Media Planner will play a pivotal role in managing client relations for Point2Web. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work directly with our clients, maintaining their ad campaigns to achieve predefined KPIs.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Media Buying and/or User Acquisition Web Projects
- Proven Media Planning experience across multiple platforms
- Deep expertise in advertising on Social Media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, NewsBreak) , and DSP
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $100K+ (through direct buying or proactive optimization strategies)
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Solid understanding of tracking implementation for web funnels and key product-owner metrics such as LTV, Retention, ROAS, ARPU, ARPPU, Bounce Rate, etc.
- Experience with tracking and attribution setups (Pixel, CAPI, UTMs, server-to-server integrations)
- Strong experience working with product owners, including understanding funnel behavior and revenue-driven performance
- Proven skills in client support, scaling strategies, optimization, and growth hacking for web products
- Comfortable with daily communication with clients, including online calls and strategic discussions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly present complex performance concepts
- Strong organizational and structured approach to work; ability to analyze large data sets and make informed decisions
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and motivated to grow within a client-facing and performance-driven environment
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks, creative strategy development, and high-volume testing environments
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Experience working with major web verticals, including: mainstream dating, health & fitness, social casino (where allowed), short dramas, eCommerce, finance leadgen, etc.
Will be a plus:
Certifications such as Meta Media Planner, Meta Media Buyer Professional, TikTok Academy certifications
1) Day-to-day relationship management of a group of existing clients and the successful onboarding and management of new clients
2) Proactive consulting for key accounts, providing expert advice on media planning and strategy.
3) Understanding of client needs and expectations, oversee the creation, implementation, and optimization of client's performance across multiple platforms. Effectively present information, respond to questions, and follow up on inquiries from clients.
4) Proactively monitor campaign performance and develop strategies for improved engagement in collaboration with the business development team and cross-department.
5) Trouble-shoots and resolves issues by working with internal and client teams
6) Guide clients to maximize their ROI and upsell.
