Content Producer, Growth Manager (YouTube, Social Media) to $1800

SOFTPROM (EMEA, 15+ countries) is looking for a Content Producer & Growth Manager (YouTube + Social Media) to build and scale our new media channel for IT Sellers & Buyers in EMEA. We are looking for a hands-on “one-person media team” who can own the full content cycle end-to-end: production, editing, publishing, repurposing, and growth. Interviews will be hosted by invited speakers/hosts — you will manage everything around them and drive distribution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in video content production for YouTube (B2B or tech is a strong plus);
  • Strong hands-on video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut / CapCut);
  • Experience producing and scaling content across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, X;
  • Proven understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, titles, retention, and channel packaging;
  • Ability to repurpose long-form content into viral short-form clips (hooks, captions, pacing);
  • Practical experience managing remote creators: freelancers for design, motion, subtitles, translation, voiceover;
  • Experience organizing interviews: guest outreach, scheduling, briefing, preparation docs;
  • Strong writing skills in English (scripts, hooks, descriptions, LinkedIn posts);
  • English: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate+).

Strong plus:

  • Experience with B2B IT / Cybersecurity / Cloud / Enterprise software content;
  • Experience using AI tools: ElevenLabs, Descript, OpusClip, Whisper, ChatGPT for content workflows;
  • Experience running paid promotion campaigns (YouTube/Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn) with performance tracking.

     

Duties

Channel & Content Production (Full Ownership)

  • Launch and operate a YouTube channel (e.g., “IT Sellers & Buyers in EMEA”) with weekly long-form interviews (45–60 min);
  • Build the full production pipeline: intros/outros, templates, audio quality, visual identity, consistent format;
  • Edit each episode into a clean, engaging podcast-style video with minimal downtime and strong pacing;
  • Create high-retention Shorts/Reels/TikToks from each episode (6–15 clips per episode);
  • Add subtitles/captions, on-screen highlights, and simple motion graphics where needed;
  • Publish videos with strong packaging: titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, tags, pinned comments

     

Growth & Distribution

  • Manage multi-platform distribution strategy:
    • YouTube (Long + Shorts)
    • TikTok
    • Facebook
    • Instagram Reels
    • LinkedIn (SOFTPROM + personal profiles of hosts/guests)
    • X (key insights threads)
    • Spotify / Apple Podcasts (optional stage)
  • Grow subscribers and watch time through systematic experimentation:
    • Hooks A/B testing
    • Topic selection based on demand
    • Clip formats that trigger shares and saves
  • Build a content calendar and execution discipline (weekly release cadence).

     

Guests, Hosts & Partnerships

  • Invite and coordinate guests from:
    • SOFTPROM vendors (global and regional leadership)
    • Resellers / Integrators in EMEA
    • CIOs/CISOs and end customers with real implementation stories
  • Identify and onboard rotating hosts/interviewers (internal or external);
  • Prepare guest briefs, episode structure, and talking points for hosts.

Freelancer & Budget Management

  • Recruit and manage freelancers (editing support, design, subtitles, translations, voiceovers);
  • Use SOFTPROM marketing budget efficiently for:
    • paid promotion
    • creative production
    • growth experiments
  • Track performance KPIs and report results weekly/monthly.

     

Success Metrics

  • Weekly publishing consistency (long-form + shorts)
  • Subscriber growth (goal: 20,000 subscribers+)
  • Average view duration and retention
  • Views from Shorts → conversion into subscribers
  • Leads / inbound interest for vendors & partners (optional tracking)
