SMM Manager

We’re looking for an SMM Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create diverse content for the Rozmova brand across social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts);
  • Adapt YouTube videos for other platforms;
  • Produce short videos and stories independently;
  • Gather input and materials for content from platform psychotherapists;
  • Publish content on social media and collect analytics;
  • Engage with our audience: respond to DMs, comments, and stories;
  • Meet KPIs and collaborate closely with the content lead, designer, and copywriter.

Expectations:

  • 3+ years of experience in communications and high-quality content creation;
  • Creative thinking and strong teamwork skills;
  • Genuine interest in the mental health field;
  • Love for trends — even the craziest ones;
  • Ability to spot news hooks in any information flow;
  • Basic knowledge of marketing;
  • Basic skills in design and video editing;
  • Time management skills to efficiently allocate time and resources;
  • Location in Kyiv or Lviv will be a plus.
