Instagram Content Producer

We are looking for a highly motivated Content and Insights Coordinator to fuel our content machine and support the Creative Director in bringing strategic ideas to life. Your main mission will be to take ownership of our daily Instagram news flow, ensure content quality, and keep our social media channels alive, fresh, and accurate — all while freeing up our creative team to build high-impact formats and launch big ideas.

This is not a junior assistant role — we’re looking for someone smart, proactive, and curious, who’s passionate about content marketing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands the connection between news, growth, and attention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor market sources daily (e.g. DXP, Interact, Property Monitor, Gulf News, etc.)
  • Curate, verify, and rewrite market news tailored to our audience
  • Organize headlines into clear content categories with high accuracy and zero errors
  • Prepare and brief the designer for visuals, ensuring clarity and relevance
  • Collaborate with designer on layout and structure of carousel posts (3x per day goal)
  • Schedule and post carousels in Instagram, write optimized captions, and select hashtags
  • Prioritize hot or time-sensitive news even if off-plan — speed is key
  • Plan daily stories and Instagram feed content (including Reels and reposts)
  • Track post performance, reach, and save/share metrics to evaluate success
  • Post directly on Instagram when needed and help with rapid packaging
  • Organize creative archive (Dropbox/Drive/Telegram folders)
  • Support the Creative Director with content preparation and micro-tasks
  • Draft micro-campaigns, briefs, post drafts, and help with ad-hoc requests

    Optional but valuable:

  • Basic video editing skills for Stories or quick turnarounds
  • Interest in AI tools and automation for content research and repurposing

What You’ll Be Measured On (KPIs)

  • Quantity and quality of daily carousel posts delivered
  • Engagement rate and reach of carousel content
  • Speed and accuracy in hot news delivery
  • Organizational reliability (e.g., zero-post days, missed briefs, or post errors)
