SMM Specialist

Join Reenbit as a Social Media Specialist and take full ownership of our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to drive growth, develop content strategies, and strengthen our brand visibility in the global IT outsourcing market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support growth initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Create and manage cross-platform content, including video
• Assist in managing and growing the CEO’s and co-founders’ personal social media profiles
• Support Meta Ads campaigns (setup, optimization, basic reporting)

• Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, visibility)

   

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in SMM or digital marketing in IT companies
• Strong hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Practical experience with video content production
• Familiar with AI video tools (editing, visuals, automation, scripting)
• Experience with Meta Ads and performance analytics, including targeting, optimization, funnels, and reporting
• Ability to generate new ideas, be creative, and systematic
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently

• At least English level B2

   

Nice to Have:

• Ability to make content visible in AI systems and on alternative search and recommendation platforms.
• Experience with Quora and Reddit (expert answers, discussions, brand presence)

• B2B lead generation via social and community platforms
