The team consists of 50+ specialists, half of whom have been working with us for over 5 years.
Over the past 10 years โ not a single unprofitable month.
Who We Are Looking For
An In-App Media Buyer with current, proven results who wants to work in a strong independent team and receive a real share of the profit.
Infrastructure & Support
We have built a system where the buyer focuses exclusively on buying.
For each specialist, a dedicated service chat is created, where they quickly receive:
- High-quality In-App accounts (Unity, Moloco, IronSource, Kayzen, etc.) and funding
- All necessary tools and assistance in working with them
- Offers from the active pool or any requested offers
- Access to in-house designers for creating unique creatives
- Support from a financial manager
- Consultations with experienced colleagues
Cooperation Terms
First 6 months:
- 50% of net profit
- No limits, KPIs, or hidden conditions
From month 7:
- 30% โ base terms
- 40% โ with profit of $20โ30k
- 50% โ with profit of $30k+
Growth Opportunity to Team Lead
- All team leads are hands-on practitioners
- +10% of the profit generated by their buyers
There are no fixed salaries in the company.
We offer a market-unique profit share that significantly exceeds the earning potential of any fixed salary for strong specialists.

Professional Requirements
- Creation and development of proprietary creative approaches
- Idea generation, preparing briefs for designers or independently creating creatives
- Understanding and use of AI tools (image/video generation, lipsync, deepfake)
- Basic technical knowledge: trackers, auto-uploading, parameters, payment models
- Deep understanding of In-App advertising networks
- Strong analytics โ identifying cause-and-effect relationships and fast campaign optimization
