The Opportunity

We’re building scaling our creative department and need A-player video editors who specializes in direct response advertising or short form ads.

Start project-based (2-5 ads/week), prove your impact, scale to full-time, and grow into Head of Edit.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Edit short-form direct response ads (15-60s) for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
  • Create scroll-stopping UGC ads, founder ads, testimonials, and product demos
  • Work with Dutch scripts (English translations provided—you don’t need to speak Dutch)
  • Optimize for performance: hooks, pacing, CTAs that convert
  • Scale from 5 ads/week → 20-30 ads/month as we grow together

 

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

✅ Proven experience editing direct response ads (portfolio required)

✅ Deep understanding of DR principles: hooks, problem-solution-CTA, urgency and DR editing

✅ Expert in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve

✅ Experience with After Effects for motion graphics

✅ Excellent attention to detail (text overlays, spelling, timing)

✅ Strong communication + daily accountability

✅ Fluent English
