We are looking for a highly skilled Team Lead Media Buyer with a serious, results-driven approach. This is not just a managerial role — the main outcome of this position is to build a strong team that effectively manages very large budgets with excellent ROI. Direct traffic management is not required — the key responsibility is team building and ensuring high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of media buyers (around 10 people, with the possibility to bring your own team).
• Plan, assign tasks, and monitor team results.
• Manage large advertising budgets on Facebook (Feed, Reels, Lead Ads, Advantage+).
• Ensure high team efficiency, achieve excellent ROI, and maintain stable results with budgets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Lead.
• Experience working in a product team.
• Age 30+.
• Experience as a Media Buyer with Facebook Ads.
• Experience with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
• Experience managing personal budgets of $15,000+ per day and team budgets ranging from $500,000 to $1,000,000 per month.
• Strong logical thinking, data-driven and results-oriented.
• Serious, professional approach with the ability to build a strong, effective team that delivers real results.
