We are hiring a Recruiter to support our team growth in Ukraine.
The role is focused on full-cycle recruitment and close daily work with hiring managers in a high-load environment.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer preparation
- Active candidate search using direct sourcing, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Working with roles of different complexity and seniority
- Close cooperation with hiring managers on role requirements and priorities
- Taking ownership of vacancies and being responsible for hiring results
- Maintaining candidate database and recruitment stages in ATS
- Tracking recruitment progress and funnel metrics
- Candidate communication from first contact to start date
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Experience with full-cycle hiring
- Hands-on sourcing skills
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Ability to work with recruitment metrics and basic analytics
- Strong communication skills
- High level of responsibility and focus on results
- Ability to work under high workload and changing priorities
- English level B1 or higher
Will be a plus
- Experience with technical or engineering roles
- Experience in miltech or related industries
