Recruiter

We are hiring a Recruiter to support our team growth in Ukraine.

The role is focused on full-cycle recruitment and close daily work with hiring managers in a high-load environment.
 

Responsibilities
 

• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer preparation
• Active candidate search using direct sourcing, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
• Working with roles of different complexity and seniority
• Close cooperation with hiring managers on role requirements and priorities
• Taking ownership of vacancies and being responsible for hiring results
• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment stages in ATS 
• Tracking recruitment progress and funnel metrics
• Candidate communication from first contact to start date
   

Requirements
 

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Experience with full-cycle hiring 
• Hands-on sourcing skills
• Experience working with ATS systems 
• Ability to work with recruitment metrics and basic analytics
• Strong communication skills 
• High level of responsibility and focus on results
• Ability to work under high workload and changing priorities
• English level B1 or higher
   

Will be a plus
 

• Experience with technical or engineering roles
• Experience in miltech or related industries
