What You’ll Be Doing
- Source and attract CIS candidates for technical and business roles
- Lead and mentor a team of local recruiters across multiple geographies
- Receive hiring requests from stakeholders and distribute them across the team
- Set clear priorities and focus areas for recruiters
- Participate in final interviews with key English-speaking candidates
- Build, document, and maintain rules and standards within your recruitment domain
- Develop deep, structured analytics on recruiter performance and hiring efficiency
- Define, track, and continuously improve KPIs for the recruitment team
Hard Skills
- End-to-end full-cycle recruitment experience
- Active candidate sourcing across multiple channels and platforms
- Confident work with ATS systems (Huntflow, CleverStaff, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Team workload planning and capacity management
- Recruitment process optimization and scaling
- Salary benchmarking and compensation analysis

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
- 6+ months of experience in iGaming (strong advantage)
- English level: C1 or higher
- Proven experience leading or coordinating recruiters
