Founding Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead (Future CTO)

We’re at day zero — which means huge opportunity for the right person to grow together with the company and shape its technical direction from the ground up.

The Role

We are looking for a Founding Full-Stack Developer who will start as an individual contributor and evolve into a leadership role as the company grows.
 

You will:

• Build production systems from scratch
• Define technical standards and architecture
• Gradually hire and lead engineers
• Take increasing ownership over technology, people, and strategy
   

Career path (real, not theoretical):
Full-Stack Developer → Tech Lead → Engineering Manager → Head of Engineering → CTO

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs
• Develop modern frontend applications
• Architect and maintain microservices-based systems
• Work with cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines
• Make technical decisions and set best practices
• Collaborate closely with founders and clients
• Gradually build and lead an engineering team

• Contribute to product, business, and technical strategy

Technical Skills & Experience

Backend

• Go (Golang)
• Node.js
• Building scalable microservices

Frontend

• React and/or Vue.js
• Modern frontend architecture

Infrastructure & Data

• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Databases (SQL & NoSQL)
• Message queues / event systems
• DevOps, CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)

AI & Modern Tech

• Experience integrating or building AI-powered features
• Familiarity with modern AI tools, APIs, or workflows is a big plus
   

Working Model

• Start part-time (a few hours per week)
• Workload increases as customers and revenue grow
• Clear intention to transition into a full-time role
