Key Responsibilities:

Hard Skills:

  • Create, analyze, launch, moderate, and live change an advertising campaign (Lead)
  • Create geo media plans (Shift up to 30%)
  • Create LookerStudio, Google Sheets reports
  • Analyze niches, keywords, CPVs, and performance metrics
  • Create advertising strategies based on niche, geo, product, etc
  • Keywords search (Junior-Middle level - without SEO team is a must)
  • Multisteaming Ad Campaigns moderation, leading, competing in time (Up to 20-30 active accounts)
  • Ability to create heavy, multilevel Ad strategies with A/B integrated tools
  • Ability to see the correlation between irregular changes, price movements, etc
  • At least 2-3 years of experience with Google Ads Campaign (Experience in YouTube campaigns is a must) and Meta Ads Campaign (more 1 year), Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Advanced user: Google Search, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google GTM, Looker Studio, SEO (Ahrefs, Google Ads Key Words, Google Trends, etc)
  • At least 10-20K$ total monthly Ad campaign budget
  • Experience with different GEOs (Ukraine, US, Europe, Asia is required)
  • Advanced Google Search user (Use cases will be required)
  • Google Ads Certifications

 

Soft skills:

Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must!

  • Digital geek (Active users of iPhone, Android, Telegram Channels, Web platforms, etc)
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proactive learner. Web preferred
  • 24/7 online lifestyle & Online habits
  • Math achievements

  • Experience working with YouTube channels developed both organically and through paid traffic
