Vacancy: Media Buyer (Middle / Senior) – Arbitrage Team

We are looking for a Middle or Senior Media Buyer to join our arbitrage team.

Key Responsibilities in the Arbitrage Team:

• Managing advertising campaigns on Facebook (Feed, Reels, Lead Ads, Advantage+) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Developing and adapting creatives for arbitrage campaigns: either ordering from a designer or creating them independently.
• Optimizing ad campaigns with a focus on ROI, CPA, and other key performance indicators.
• Conducting A/B testing of creatives, offers, and traffic acquisition strategies.
• Working with analytics tools and trackers (Keitaro, Binom, AppsFlyer, GA, Amplitude).
• Analyzing campaign performance and providing suggestions for efficiency improvement.
• Potential future opportunity to manage a team and advance to Team Lead / Senior Buyer.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Media Buying specifically in arbitrage.
• Experience with Facebook Ads.
• Experience managing budgets:
  • Middle: $30k–$70k per month, ROI ≥25% (ideal ≥30%)
  • Senior: $70k+, ROI ≥30%
• Ability to work with creatives, preferably developing or adapting them independently.
• Advanced skills in campaign optimization, including A/B testing, ROI/CPA analysis, budget and strategy optimization.
• Tools & Analytics:
  • Required: Keitaro
  • Preferred: Binom, AppsFlyer, GA, Amplitude

Conditions:

• Salary: 650 USDT + bonus
• Bonus system: very attractive, with the potential for significant income increase depending on campaign results and ROI.
