Project Manager (Trainee/Junior)
Your Role
As a Junior / Trainee Project Manager, you will support project delivery activities, work closely with experienced Project Managers and the delivery team, and gradually take ownership of project coordination tasks.
This role is designed for candidates who want to learn project management in practice, understand how IT products are built, and grow into a full Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of multiple projects
- Assist in communication with international customers under mentor guidance
- Help gather, clarify, and document project requirements
- Maintain project documentation, task lists, and updates in ClickUp
- Track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives)
- Help prepare status updates, reports, and delivery summaries
- Support project kick-off, handover, and closure activities
- Identify risks or blockers and escalate them to the Project Manager
- Learn and apply SDLC and Agile practices in real projects
Required Skills & Expectations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of how IT products or software development works
- Interest in project management, product development, or IT delivery
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Responsible attitude and ownership mindset
- Ability to manage multiple simple tasks and priorities
Previous commercial experience is not mandatory โ motivation and learning ability are key.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum (courses, certifications, or theory)
- Experience using ClickUp or similar task management tools
- Basic understanding of SaaS or e-commerce products
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
