Affiliate Manager

We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Affiliate Manager to grow and scale our affiliate direction in iGaming. In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing in new partners, onboarding and developing them, and driving performance to meet ambitious acquisition goals — with a strong focus on Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEOs.

What you’ll do:
 

  • Source, attract, negotiate, and onboard new affiliates and partner networks (webmasters, media buyers, agencies, affiliate networks, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners.
  • Scale partners and bring them to target ROI through continuous optimization and performance management.
  • Work with Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEOs (e.g., DE, GR, ES), with high-risk GEO experience as a plus.
  • Analyze traffic quality and performance: monitor key KPIs, work with a wide range of metrics, and detect growth opportunities.
  • Develop and test new growth / growth-hacking approaches to scale volumes and improve quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Tech teams to improve traffic volume, conversion, and quality.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online/offline meetups to expand your network and bring in new partners.

What we’re looking for (Must-have):
 

  • 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming / gambling.
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Ownership and proactivity: you take responsibility, move fast, and drive outcomes.
  • A “test-and-learn” mentality and genuine interest in continuous growth-hacking.
  • English level B1 or higher (for partner communication).
  • Seniority level: Mid–Senior (ability to operate independently and own a direction).

Nice to have:
 

  • Your own network / partner base in Tier-1 / Tier-2, especially SEO, PPC, and influencer partners.
  • Experience with True Label or SoftSwiss brands/platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Affilka or similar tracking tools.
  • Experience working with high-risk GEOs.
