Content Manager

We are looking for a Content Manager  to join our team!

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in smm

- 2+ years in content creation: copywriting, news, memes, announcements, trends

- Deep understanding of football: teams, players, tournaments, context
- Native Azerbaijani and B2 English/or Russian is the must have

- You live inside the internet you know trends before they reach tiktok

- Fluent in meme language (lvl 69 meme-archivist)

- Solid understanding of visual aesthetics (composition, typography, color)

- Good self-management skills: prioritization, focus, and discipline

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media content plan aligned with the global smm strategy and marketing goals

- Fill out the content calendar & trend sheets, helping identify local content, matches, and cultural moments

- Create content ideas & copies (posts, memes, stories, reels) following our tone of voice

- Prepare briefs and tasks for designers in jira, ensuring visual and message alignment
- Collaborate with the team on cross-geo campaigns and ensure localization for AZ-market

- Monitor trends, memes, football news & cultural events that matter in turkey

- Conduct basic content analytics: track performance, audience reactions, and engagement insights

- Ensure quality and timing: relevant, engaging, visually strong, and on-brand
