Paid Ads (PPC) Specialist

Role Summary

We’re hiring a performance-focused PPC Specialist to plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable growth. You’ll manage budgets, improve conversion performance, and report clearly on what’s working. Webflow experience is a plus (not required). LinkedIn Ads experience is a bonus.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube as needed) and Meta Ads where relevant
  • Set up and optimise account structure: campaigns, ad groups, keywords, audiences, targeting, and exclusions
  • Write and test ad copy, creative angles, and landing page messaging in collaboration with the team
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing search term reviews (negatives + intent refinement)
  • Manage bids and budgets to hit CPL/CPA/ROAS targets
  • Optimise for conversion rate: landing page recommendations, funnel improvements, and testing plans
  • Configure and troubleshoot tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion events, pixels, and basic attribution checks
  • Build reporting dashboards and deliver weekly performance updates with clear insights and next steps
  • Maintain best-practice governance: naming conventions, change logs, documentation, and QA
     

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads with performance results to show
  • Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals: Quality Score, match types, bidding strategies, and account structure
  • Confident with GA4 and conversion tracking (including GTM basics)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear actions
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate clearly in a remote environment

     

Nice to Have

  • Meta Ads experience (lead gen and conversion campaigns)
  • LinkedIn Ads experience (bonus): campaign setup, targeting (job titles/industries), lead gen forms, and optimisation
  • Landing page optimisation experience (CRO)
  • Experience with B2B lead generation and longer sales cycles
  • Webflow experience (helpful for collaborating on landing page changes, not required)
  • Experience with Looker Studio reporting

What Success Looks Like (First 30–60 Days)

  • Tracking is verified and conversions are firing correctly
  • Campaign structure is clean, scalable, and aligned to business goals
  • Early wins identified (high-intent keywords/audiences + improved CPL/CPA)
  • Reporting cadence established with actionable insights and next steps
