Fitness app's Instagram and Tiktok account manager

I’m looking for a social media expert who can create Instagram and TikTok accounts for our fitness app.

We have a very specific niche, and you will need to research, identify viral content and trends, and create 15 posts for the page/month. 

The goal is to reach 5,000 genuine followers within the first 30 days (bonus for reaching the goal).

I’m looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, work systematically, and has proven experience in building account identity.
