Media Buying Tech Specialist Offline

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. Currently,  we are looking for a Media Buying Tech Specialist. You will be the technical backbone of the media buying team, responsible for integrating new products into tracking systems, setting up postbacks, and ensuring smooth operation of all technical flows - from traffic tracking to external tools and resources. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 0,5-1 year of experience as a technical specialist in a product company or CPA team.
• Hands-on experience working with different tracking systems (e.g., Keitaro or similar).
• Understanding of postback setup, traffic tracking, and attribution models.
• Experience working with multiple products and traffic sources.
• Basic understanding of CPA marketing and media buying workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking and integrations.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with media buyers and internal teams.
   

Responsibilities:

• Integration of new products and offers into the Keitaro tracking system.
• Set up, test, and optimize postbacks for accurate tracking and attribution.
• Integration and technical setup of new traffic resources (rented applications, advertising accounts, third-party tools, etc.).
• Ensuring correct data flow between traffic sources, trackers, and internal systems.
• Troubleshooting tracking, postback, and integration issues.
• Monitoring, tracking accuracy, and performance metrics.
• Collaboration with media buyers, developers, and analytics teams to support campaign launches.
• Documentation of technical setups, integrations, and best practices.
• Support of scaling processes from a technical perspective.
