Junior CRO Specialist
We are seeking a Junior CRO Specialist to support the optimization of high-performing digital funnels while maintaining strong ethical and brand-first marketing standards.
This is a junior-level role ideal for someone with a solid CRO foundation who is eager to grow through hands-on experimentation, data-driven learning, and close collaboration with UX/UI and marketing teams—focusing on sustainable conversions built on trust, clarity, and long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Support the optimization of landing pages, advertorials, quiz funnels, and conversion flows with a focus on clarity, trust, and user intent.
- Write and refine CRO-focused copy that is persuasive, transparent, and aligned with ethical marketing principles.
- Assist in planning and executing A/B tests, analyzing results, and applying learnings to improve conversion performance.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure copy and CRO insights enhance usability, aesthetics, and brand tone.
- Review user behavior data and funnel performance to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.
- Help maintain consistency between conversion messaging and long-term brand positioning.
- Document test outcomes, insights, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about CRO trends, user psychology, and best practices while actively developing hands-on skills.
Requirements
- Junior-level experience or strong foundational knowledge in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Understanding of user psychology, decision-making, and motivation without relying on pressure-based tactics.
- Experience or exposure to CRO copywriting for landing pages, funnels, or performance-driven content.
- Basic familiarity with A/B testing tools, analytics platforms, and performance tracking concepts.
- Ability to balance conversion goals with brand tone, ethics, and long-term customer trust.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with designers and marketers in an iterative environment.
- Strong attention to detail, structure, and clarity in written communication.
- Curious, growth-oriented mindset with openness to feedback, experimentation, and learning.
