Affiliate Manager (Product / iGaming / LatAm)

     We are a fast-growing product-based company currently scaling our business.
     We work with our own product  — this is not an affiliate network.

     We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who can not only manage partnerships but also deeply understands the technical side of affiliate integrations and launches.
 

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Find, onboard, and develop affiliate partners
• Handle technical partner integrations:
  postbacks, tracking, links, testing, and data validation
• Work closely with tech, analytics, product, and CRM teams
• Monitor traffic quality, conversion rates, and KPIs
• Optimize partner performance and scale effective traffic sources
• Analyze results and contribute to the affiliate growth strategy
   

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming / betting / digital / crypto / product-based projects
• Strong technical skills are mandatory:
  • understanding tracking systems and postback logic
  • ability to independently launch and test partner integrations
• Experience with analytics and performance metrics (CR, ROI, LTV, payback, etc.)
• Self-driven, responsible, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to build long-term partnerships
• English — working proficiency (Spanish is a strong plus)
