User Acquisition Specialist / Consulting

About the Project:
We are a dynamic early-stage startup in the career coaching & recruitment niche. Our primary audience is English-speaking (Europe/Asia). We have established traffic flows, a lead generation quiz (quizz), and clear hypotheses, but we need to crack the code on converting leads into sales. We’re looking for a proactive expert to analyze our pipeline, optimize performance, and help us scale.

Engagement Format:
Flexible: Consulting / Project-based / Part-time collaboration. We are open to a trial period to ensure mutual fit.

Fully Remote

Compensation:
Negotiable, based on experience and format.

Your Mission:
As a UA Consultant, you will dive deep into our marketing pipeline to diagnose issues and implement scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audience & Funnel Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis and segmentation of our target audience.
• Quiz Funnel Optimization: Audit and optimize our lead generation quiz and the entire conversion path to improve quality and quantity of leads.
• Paadvertising Management: Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across key platforms: Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Threads, and others.
• Hypothesis-Driven Growth: Design and run rapid A/B tests to validate hypotheses and systematically improve conversion rates (CVR).
• Strategic Partnership: Provide recommendations on the most effective format for our ongoing collaboration.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has proven experience in User Acquisition (UA) and specifically working with quiz-based pipeline.
• Possesses hands-on expertise with key advertising platforms: Meta (FB/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads.
• Has an English proficiency of C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Understands or has experience in niches like Education, Career Development, Recruitment, or Wellness.
• Is a proactive problem-solver, ready for a consulting role and fast-paced experimentation.
